Sleeping problem already bothering me for a very long time. I think the problem mainly caused by all the pressure in my life. I cannot control myself to think of them when I lying on bed. The frequency of I got sleep problem is really high and I sometimes even need some medication help.
I usually have trouble sleeping during school time, and the frequency could generally say 50% of time. Insomnia is the only problem I got during sleep, but I always feel really tired and sleepy after I get up although I already sleep more than 9 to 10 hours.
The frequency of I have sleep problem is higher than 65%. I still don’t know the reason that I always easily be awakened during night and very hard back to sleep again. It bother me for a long time. It caused my sleep quantity sometimes only have 5-6 hours and it is not enough for me during day time.
Sleep monitoring technology is used to track and analyze sleep patterns and quality through a variety of devices and methods to help individuals understand and improve their sleep.

Main Machine
The screen include the system that could controlled all the functions and could connect with the wearable device through bluetooth.
The transparent glass is at the back part of the main machine. It allow the light come out into the room and create a scattering through the glass. It bring a general phenomenon in the whole space and also the inside part of the machine.
The speaker is at the bottom part of the upper part machine. It is connect with the system and controlled on the screen. It include both music and white noise and many sound that could help people to sleep.
The ambient lighting is facing the floor, inside the transparent glass. It could have all different colors controlled through the screen. This could make the room looks like real sunrise or sundown based on the need of users’ sleeping situation.
The humidifier is connect with the essence, and user could change the general humidity level and smell in the whole room. The humidifier box could be take out to add more water into it.
